Platform

The calling platform your team works in, every day.

Calling, customer context, campaigns, planning and supervision in one workspace built around the people handling the conversations.

Agents get what they need to handle the conversation. Managers get the visibility to run the operation.

Calling

One workspace for the people doing the work.

Agents already spend enough time talking to customers. They shouldn't spend the rest of it navigating different systems.

NomaCX keeps the call, project, customer context and next action together in one workspace.

Browser calling

Call and take calls directly from the browser without dedicated desk phones.

Work by project

Agents work from the clients and projects assigned to them, with the appropriate numbers and context already attached.

Agent workspace

Everything around the conversation

Contacts, history, notes, callbacks and call outcomes stay close to the call instead of scattered across different screens.

Built for daily work

Agent status, call history and the tools needed throughout the shift live in the same environment.

Technical details
  • Calls run over secure WebRTC in the browser; a headset is enough. The dialer can also open in its own window.
  • Outgoing calls show the number of the project the agent is working for.
  • Hold with music, blind and attended transfers, and direct calls to colleagues.
  • After each call: outcome, notes, tags and an optional callback time that comes back to the agent.
  • Agents clock in and set themselves available, busy or on a break.

Campaigns

Turn a lead list into something your team can actually work with.

Outbound campaigns often start with a spreadsheet.

NomaCX helps turn imported lead data into a structured workflow for agents, while keeping the useful information from the original list available during the conversation.

Import and map

Bring in Excel or CSV files and map the information your campaign needs.

Keep the useful context

Additional customer information can stay attached to the lead instead of disappearing during import.

Check before you start

Review imported data before the campaign goes live and identify rows that need attention.

From manual to assisted dialing

Use the calling workflow that fits the campaign.

Predictive dialingIn development

Technical details
  • Columns are recognised by their heading in English, Dutch, German, French or Spanish, or by what they contain.
  • Common phone number formats are cleaned up, including numbers a spreadsheet has dropped the leading zero from.
  • Duplicates are skipped; rows that can't be used are listed with the reason and can be downloaded.
  • Extra columns, such as salutation or customer number, are shown to the agent during the call.
  • Per campaign: number of attempts and the pause between attempts.

Inbound calls

When customers call back, keep the context with the conversation.

Inbound calling should not require a separate workflow.

NomaCX connects incoming calls with the appropriate project and gives agents the available context when the conversation starts.

Your numbers

Use numbers assigned to the appropriate organisation or project.

Route calls to the right team

Inbound calls can be directed around the teams and projects responsible for them.

Handle the moments nobody answers

Voicemail, forwarding and opening-hour rules help keep inbound coverage predictable.

Technical details
  • A greeting can be configured per number, including a recording notice, with Dutch, English or a language choice.
  • Available agents assigned to the relevant project can receive the incoming call, with the first answered connection taking the conversation.
  • A shared voicemail inbox lets teams play messages, call customers back and mark messages as handled.
  • Calls can be forwarded to another number outside opening hours, when nobody answers, or through an always-on forwarding rule.

Customer context

Know who you're talking to.

A phone number is often only the beginning of the conversation.

NomaCX can bring information from the systems your team already uses into the agent workspace. With supported integrations such as Shopify and Gorgias, relevant customer, order and ticket information can appear alongside the call.

Orders and tickets where the call happens

Supported integrations can bring relevant customer activity directly into the agent workspace.

Different projects, different systems

Each project can connect the tools it needs while agents continue working from the same NomaCX environment.

Supervision

See the floor. Help when it matters.

Managers can follow live activity and step into conversations when support is actually needed.

Live visibility

See who is available, who is speaking with a customer and what is happening across the team.

Coach in the moment

Listen to a conversation, speak privately to an agent or join when necessary.

Review afterwards

Call history and recordings provide context for coaching and quality work after the conversation ends.

Team planning

Plan the team where the work happens.

Schedules are more useful when they sit next to the projects and workflows agents actually work from.

NomaCX brings shifts, project assignments, breaks, meetings and leave into the same environment.

Project-based schedules

Plan when people work and which project they are working on.

Leave and availability

Keep schedule changes and leave requests connected to the team.

Keep the day visible

Agents can see what they are working on and what is coming next.

Reporting

See what's happening without digging for it.

NomaCX keeps operational information close to the work itself.

Review call activity, outcomes, talk time and agent activity without stitching together reports from multiple systems.

Call activity

Understand how calls and conversations are moving through the operation.

Agent activity

See activity across the people working in the environment.

Export when you need it

Take operational data out for further analysis or internal reporting.

Voice usage
  • Review voice activity and usage from within the organisation.
  • Call history provides a detailed record of incoming and outgoing activity.
  • Call records and usage data can be exported for further analysis or internal reporting.
  • Operational controls help organisations manage how voice is used across their teams.

Workspaces

Built for more than one client.

NomaCX is designed for organisations running different clients, projects and teams at the same time.

Each organisation keeps its own people, projects, numbers and information separated while working from the same platform.

Separate environments

Each organisation works inside its own NomaCX environment.

Roles and permissions

Control what administrators, managers and agents can access.

Project access

Agents only work with the projects relevant to them.

Security & controls

Control belongs inside the platform.

Security, access controls and operational limits are built into the environment rather than added as an afterthought.

  • Two-factor authentication
  • Organisation-level data separation
  • Encrypted communications
  • Number and destination controls
  • Operational limits
  • Audit history
Technical details
  • Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app for administrators, managers and agents.
  • Every page and action is limited to the organisation it belongs to.
  • Calls to the phone network are encrypted for signalling and audio.
  • Teams can only present numbers assigned to their organisation; restricted destinations can be blocked and calling can be limited to approved countries.
  • Operational limits can be configured around calling activity and simultaneous calls.
  • Changes to numbers and operational controls are recorded with an audit history.

Flexible operations

Your team, ours, or both.

NomaCX does not depend on who employs the person answering the phone.

Your team

Run your own agents on NomaCX.

Our team

Use NomaCX-managed agents while retaining visibility into the operation.

Both

Combine your own team with NomaCX capacity when campaigns, hours or volume require it.

NomaCX Voice

The voice layer behind the platform.

NomaCX operates its own voice infrastructure alongside the agent platform.

Use NomaCX Voice as part of the complete environment or connect it to systems you already use.

SIP trunking

Already have a dialer? Keep it.

A contact centre should not need to replace its working software just to change how calls are carried.

Existing dialers and phone systems can connect to NomaCX Voice through SIP, allowing teams to use NomaCX for voice while keeping the workflow their agents already know.

Ask about NomaCX Voice
  • Works with an existing PBX or dialer
  • SIP connectivity
  • Outbound and inbound calling
  • Existing numbers where supported
  • Operational controls

For eligible licensed NomaCX deployments, existing carrier infrastructure can also be connected where required.

Technical details
  • Connect using SIP credentials or an approved fixed IP configuration.
  • Supports G.711 audio using PCMA / PCMU.
  • Incoming calls can be routed to the customer's registered SIP endpoint or configured address.
  • Supports both inbound and outbound calling through existing compatible PBXs and dialers.
  • Existing numbers can be used where supported and correctly configured.
  • Organisation-level calling and security controls continue to apply to SIP-connected systems.

Built from the work itself

Built by agents, for agents.

NomaCX grew out of using contact-centre software ourselves.

The individual tools often worked. The workflow between them was the problem.

So we started bringing the pieces agents, supervisors and operations teams use every day into one environment.
